Gap Hunter is operated by Recep Orhan (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Gap Hunter, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Gap Hunter analyzes publicly available demand signals — marketplace reviews, product Q&A, and comments — and scores them against supply data to surface product ideas buyers are asking for but can’t currently find. Gap Hunter is an analytical and informational tool. It does not sell products, place orders, or guarantee that any idea we surface will sell if you make it — that decision, and the risk that comes with it, is yours.
Gap Hunter is currently in private beta. Features, scoring, and availability may change without notice, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access during this period. If you send us feedback about the beta, you agree we can use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at babeandblooms@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute Gap Hunter’s data or scores in bulk; attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology; abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass usage limits on credit-limited features; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Gap Hunter, its scoring methodology, and its underlying software belong to us. You keep all rights to your own shop and business information. We don’t claim ownership of it.
Gap Hunter is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Gap scores are informational signals derived from public data, not financial, legal, or business advice, and not a guarantee of sales, demand, or profitability. You’re responsible for your own business decisions, including checking IP, trademark, and marketplace policy risk before producing anything.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Gap Hunter, including business losses from products made based on our gap scores.
You can stop using Gap Hunter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as Gap Hunter changes. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date, and let you know if a change is material.
